Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end member experience for Athena, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and prioritize workflows in a remote environment focused on vulnerability management and remediation.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Athena member experience, overseeing the entire workflow from intake to remediation
- Represent Athena internally and externally, educating teams on product scope and capabilities while managing a prioritized backlog of features and feedback
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning roadmaps across Engineering, Customer Success, and other partners to ensure effective delivery and risk management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a technical B2B product serving enterprise customers, preferably in regulated industries
- Working fluency in software supply chain security concepts, including CVEs, OSV, VEX, and SBOMs
- Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong judgment in balancing customer urgency with business priorities and technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with technical teams and enterprise customers
