Key responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for increasing the volume, quality, and freshness of home listings
- Prototype AI-driven solutions to improve inventory sourcing and presentation, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams
- Own inventory and engagement metrics, conducting experiments to inform product rollouts and align leadership on strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with consumer web and mobile products
- Experience with marketplace or inventory-driven products, emphasizing supply quality
- Hands-on AI fluency, including proficiency with tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Strong data skills, including SQL, to analyze performance and identify opportunities
- Experience in real estate or high-consideration marketplaces, with a focus on listing data and partnerships
