Job Summary
Owning the Marketplace, the hybrid Senior Product Manager will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for buying, selling, and trading collectibles, focusing on enhancing user discovery and trust while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Marketplace roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs
- Enhance user discovery and search functionalities to improve item browsing and purchasing experiences
- Oversee both buy and sell side experiences, optimizing listings, pricing tools, and seller analytics
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building or growing a two-sided marketplace or a product reliant on liquidity
- Strong product judgment with the ability to validate decisions with data and user insights
- Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and defining success metrics
- Familiarity with AI applications in product management and workflow optimization
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments
