Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for material handling and warehouse automation solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee software integration requirements, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful product delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product-side contact for OEM and technology vendors, managing the partnership lifecycle
• Define technical requirements for integrating vendor software and hardware with internal platforms, ensuring reliable interoperability
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs and vendor capabilities while conducting market analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in vendor or supplier relationship management
• Demonstrated experience in the material handling or warehouse automation industry
• Proven track record in negotiating vendor contracts and commercial terms
• Working knowledge of WMS, WES, WCS, and integration with material handling equipment via APIs and data interfaces
