Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery, collaborate with engineering teams, and maintain the product roadmap for a core SaaS Operations product line in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify solutions for utility and agency customers
• Create and maintain product artifacts while managing the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, particularly with B2B/enterprise SaaS products
• Proven track record in driving product discovery and validation, including leading research programs
• Expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and business strategy
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments in regulated industries
• Advanced analytical skills for complex decision-making frameworks
