Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and roadmap for complex financial products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with company objectives and mentor other Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads strategic customer discovery and synthesizes insights into long-term product strategy
- Owns the product roadmap and makes prioritization and investment tradeoff decisions
- Partners with Engineering and Design to address complex product challenges and ensures alignment across multiple teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of Product Management or related experience
- Demonstrated success in leading highly strategic or complex products
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience mentoring Product Managers and enhancing product management practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
