Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-native CPQ platform for industrial manufacturers, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery, define and ship AI features, and manage execution of the product roadmap while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery by engaging with dealers, engineers, and operations teams to map quoting workflows and identify recurring issues
- Write concise specifications and build prototypes using AI tools for engineering teams to utilize
- Define success metrics and use data to measure product adoption, quote speed, and accuracy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software
- Experience taking a product from concept to customer adoption in an early-stage company
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience defining and shipping AI-powered features, including guardrails and quality thresholds
- Ability to query data independently for insights and decision-making
