Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product innovation and strategy, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead the development of patient-focused products, optimize the patient experience, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for a consumer-grade patient messaging and portal experience, ensuring alignment with company vision
• Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs and inform product enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to oversee product design, development, and launch processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce
• Experience in driving engagement in B2C or B2B2C contexts, ideally in the healthcare space
• Strong background in integrating third-party platforms and understanding APIs
• Proficiency in data analysis and office productivity software
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
