Setting the strategic direction for a product domain, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will define the vision for patient care, client experience, platform reliability, or data and AI, while working remotely and influencing multiple teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the product domain over the next 12-24 months
- Align and inspire cross-functional teams to drive measurable results related to partner growth, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Mentor product managers and enhance processes for planning, writing, and shipping products within a fast-scaling organization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, particularly with complex, multi-team products
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Strong track record of influencing senior leaders and aligning diverse teams around shared goals
- Hands-on experience with AI product features and using AI tools in daily work
- Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with regulatory or technical constraints
