Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will identify and prioritize opportunities for product adoption and engagement while working remotely across teams in Canada and the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using product data and user research to enhance activation, engagement, and retention
- Drive adoption of new products by developing strategies for users to discover and utilize BioRender's capabilities
- Own growth experiments end to end, from hypothesis formation to analysis of results, ensuring measurable business impact
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in driving growth within a SaaS or product-led business
- Proven track record of delivering product improvements that significantly impact adoption, engagement, and revenue
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in analyzing product data and user behavior
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests or product experiments, including defining success metrics
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans with strong execution skills
