Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the development of conversational AI solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define the product roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the conversational AI roadmap across voice and chat, balancing consumer impact and operational readiness
- Establish behavior standards for AI agents to ensure a unified consumer experience across multiple channels
- Drive operational metrics and collaborate with Legal and Compliance to adhere to regulatory frameworks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services
- Experience shipping LLM-based capabilities in production
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI technologies, including voice and chat agents
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently answer questions about conversation data
- Experience with B2B2C products, balancing client configurations with consumer experiences
