Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product direction for Itential's automation platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage strategy and delivery for various execution and configuration management tools while collaborating with enterprise customers and engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set product strategy and roadmap priorities based on customer evidence and technical constraints
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product opportunities from discovery to release
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to evaluate requests and address escalations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools
- Proven track record of owning technical products from strategy through delivery
- Working knowledge of APIs, authentication methods, and versioning
- Experience with large enterprise customers, including handling escalations
- Ability to translate complex problems into actionable requirements for engineering teams
