Owning the member engagement metrics, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the Member Platform team, focusing on enhancing the daily product experience through dashboard tools, onboarding, and personalized features built on an AI scoring engine.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of member engagement metrics to drive product renewal
- Oversee the backlog and quality of member-facing products, including the dashboard and mobile app roadmap
- Conduct continuous member research and usage analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer or subscription products
- Active investor with a strong understanding of member needs
- Experience in building personalized or recommendation-driven product experiences
