Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product direction for the Agent Runtime, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage architecture decisions, migration plans, and governance for agent actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the agent platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product direction for the Agent Runtime, ensuring durability, auditability, and reliability as agent count increases
- Establish an intake process for agent development teams and provide guidance on current versus future platform capabilities
- Define usage instrumentation and maintain a metering schema to support monetization options
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Technical expertise in execution systems, workflows, or eventing
- Experience as a product owner for internal platform consumers, with a clear roadmap and published contracts
- Proven ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority
- Comfort with AI and agent systems, including their evolving patterns
