Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the roadmap and delivery for a shared Screening platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering teams and oversee product delivery for the Screening Portal and third-party integrations, ensuring compliance and improved customer outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate platform vision into a rolling four-quarter roadmap and maintain a near-term backlog with engineering
• Own the Screening Portal experience and lead product delivery for third-party integrations and APIs
• Deliver measurable outcomes by improving screening decision speed and quality while ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS with ownership of a technically complex platform or API product
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and integration patterns, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product and engineering teams while clarifying ownership and dependencies
• Direct customer discovery experience with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative evidence for roadmap adjustments
• Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows to enhance research and analysis
