Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for the shared hosting platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will focus on improving customer retention by enhancing the post-purchase experience, diagnosing churn, and modernizing the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-quarter vision and strategy for the shared hosting platform, ensuring alignment across teams
• Diagnose and address customer churn, particularly during renewal transitions, and enhance the customer experience from onboarding to support
• Implement a disciplined experimentation program to drive data-informed decisions and improve customer retention metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with self-serve subscription products
• Proven track record of improving retention or customer experience metrics
• Strong technical fluency in web hosting concepts, including DNS and the WordPress stack
• Quantitative skills with proficiency in SQL or equivalent for cohort and retention analysis
• Experience working with legacy platforms and understanding volume economics in a subscription-based business
