Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product innovation, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the development of AI-powered insights and action capabilities, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer and user research to define buyer personas, use cases, and workflows, identifying key unmet needs
• Translate research insights into a prioritized product roadmap, including requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features and ensure internal teams are equipped to support and sell the product

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management or related roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineering on data and recommendation systems
• Experience with experimentation and measurement, focusing on business outcomes rather than just usage
• Ability to apply AI throughout the product lifecycle, including experience with recommendation or personalization systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
