Job Summary
To support the growth of a community services platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on end-to-end product development for operational and service partner workflows, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows
- Act as the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership
- Lead product discovery and delivery from ideation to launch, driving measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology-driven businesses, preferably in logistics or operations-heavy environments
- Proven experience owning complex internal or operational products
- Strong ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with various teams
- Demonstrated success in driving data-informed decision making and experimentation
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product discovery techniques
