Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the Cross Border line of business, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-facing payment solutions while working remotely or onsite in Toronto.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap to align with company objectives and customer needs
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and drive product discovery and delivery
- Lead cross-functional product launches and monitor post-launch performance against success metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B Payments, FinTech, or related fields
- Strong background in managing customer-facing digital products focused on usability and customer experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading product development teams
- Proven ability to conduct product discovery and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma is preferred
