Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product direction for a CRM platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the request queue and backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform delivers value post-implementation in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the request queue and backlog, providing outcomes and metrics for each request
- Lead the platform through adoption and value realization, balancing standard configurations and custom builds
- Coordinate UAT, release planning, and training materials while ensuring visibility of decisions and scope trades
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in digital product management for internal and external customer products
- 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Post-go-live ownership of enterprise platforms like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Proven ability to prioritize by value, confidence, and effort
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
