Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for core payroll capabilities
- Architect scalable, automated solutions addressing complex multi-state wage laws and HR compliance requirements
- Drive alignment across engineering, UX, sales, and operations teams while managing complex system dependencies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or payroll-related fields
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered capabilities or automation tools within a SaaS ecosystem
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex enterprise software products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or relevant industry certification preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
