Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic product initiatives, the fully remote Senior Product Manager will take ownership of critical workstreams across payroll, HR, and benefits, focusing on defining a multi-year product strategy and leading cross-functional execution while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for core payroll capabilities
- Architect scalable solutions to address complex regulatory challenges and ensure compliance across multiple states
- Drive alignment across engineering, UX, sales, and operations teams to manage complex system dependencies
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or payroll-related fields
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered features or automation tools within a SaaS ecosystem
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex enterprise software products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or relevant industry certification preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
