Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and deliver payment solutions that create value for customers, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to manage product discovery and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage a roadmap based on customer needs, data, and market intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quarterly objectives that align with product strategy and drive measurable outcomes
• Conduct continuous product discovery and develop metrics to measure success and adjust priorities based on findings

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management within integrated e-commerce, payment processing, or financial technology, preferably in a payment facilitator environment
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including transaction processing and compliance concepts
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps informed by customer insights and market data
• Demonstrated skills in customer discovery and translating product opportunities into actionable plans
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
