Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive the evolution of data products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define metrics that demonstrate Mural's value, shape internal product decisions, and manage customer-facing data products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Shape Mural's data products to transition from reporting to guiding organizational actions
- Define and standardize cross-product metrics for activity, collaboration, and adoption
- Own the strategy and roadmap for customer-facing data products, including reporting and dashboards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least one analytics or reporting product
- Proven ability to reconcile conflicting data and establish trustworthy metrics
- Experience with both platform and end-user-facing data products
- Working knowledge of modern data stacks and proficiency in SQL
- Ability to achieve consensus on definitions across cross-functional teams
