Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a consumer-facing segment of the Thrive Market experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will set the product roadmap, run experimentation programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction, with the option to work remotely or from Playa Vista, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Set the roadmap and strategy for product improvements by identifying member friction points in the shopping journey
• Build and manage an experimentation program, including designing A/B tests and analyzing results to drive measurable outcomes
• Collaborate daily with a core team of designers, engineers, and analytics partners to implement product changes efficiently

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a senior role managing high-traffic consumer-facing products
• Proven track record of shipping consumer products on web or mobile platforms
• Experience in running A/B tests and applying statistical analysis to defend product decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive cross-team communication
• Experience working closely with engineering and analytics teams to translate experiment results into product changes
