Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of financial products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop and execute a product roadmap for direct-to-consumer offerings, leading cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment while managing product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a D2C financial product, focusing on customer insights and business priorities
• Lead the product development process in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product requirements and success measures
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer needs, validate product opportunities, and drive continuous improvement post-launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of independently managing a consumer-facing digital product from discovery to delivery
• Strong customer orientation with experience in data analysis and user research
• Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and balancing short-term and long-term priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Product Design, and Marketing
