Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a remote full-time opportunity, the Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications, and eMarketing platforms, driving infrastructure that enhances marketing, lifecycle, and customer experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data enablement and customer communications platforms, addressing marketing needs and lifecycle functions
• Build and evolve lifecycle journeys that personalize customer interactions at scale, adapting to new programs as they are introduced
• Translate complex data needs from marketing and business partners into clear product requirements for engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Demonstrated experience owning data products or data enablement initiatives
• Experience with marketing technology platforms, including customer communications and campaign management tools
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
