Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the development of digital self-service products, focusing on enhancing customer experience and utilizing data-driven strategies to innovate solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap to improve post-approval customer experiences
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions through research
• Define use cases, features, and requirements to articulate desired product functionality

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Experience managing consumer-facing digital products, particularly in post-approval or account management
• Ability to design self-service experiences that enhance customer autonomy
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
