Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the development of digital storefront and commerce customer experience products, utilizing data to innovate and enhance the post-approval customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to improve the customer experience
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
• Analyze product feature performance and communicate timelines, blockers, and successes to stakeholders effectively

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Experience in managing consumer-facing digital products and agentic commerce solutions
• Hands-on experience with digital storefront product optimization and A/B testing
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows and lease management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
