Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product management excellence, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will design and implement tools and processes to enhance product insights, support AI agent orchestration, and facilitate capability development for product managers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and design tooling solutions and workflows to optimize product management processes and enhance delivery predictability
- Lead the development and maintenance of AI agents to support product managers in their workflows and decision-making processes
- Conduct capability assessments and create upskilling plans to improve product manager effectiveness and adoption of new tools
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or related enterprise transformation roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders
- Experience in designing and optimizing product management tools and workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and responsible AI usage in enterprise workflows
- Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap development and requirements analysis
