Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a small number of strategic accounts, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager will lead deployments for major customers, manage product performance, and drive account growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployments for large customers, coordinating with executives and engineers on priorities and success metrics
• Manage strategic accounts post-launch, focusing on product usage, retention, and growth opportunities
• Investigate product improvements, build and deploy fixes, and coach team members on best practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in account leadership, product management, consulting, or a forward-deployed role with accountability for customer outcomes
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise executives and drive account renewals and expansions
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment, with a focus on building processes while executing tasks
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and the ability to analyze data and documentation to troubleshoot issues
• Demonstrated ability to enhance team performance through management or system development
