Leading the vision and strategy for ACT's Workforce Assessment portfolio, the remote Senior Product Manager will manage product development, prioritize requirements based on market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workforce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workforce assessment tools and career exploration products
- Define and prioritize product requirements through customer discovery and market research
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery while maintaining clear product positioning and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive product management experience with complex product portfolios
- Experience in assessment, credentialing, or workforce technology markets
- Demonstrated ability to partner with research and technical experts to define product strategies
- Strong command of product roadmap planning and agile development processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
