Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the integrations platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the development of Agiloft's Integration Hub, external API capabilities, and orchestration layer while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the multi-quarter roadmap for the Integration Hub, aligning features with customer needs and competitive positioning
• Lead the strategy for external API surface, ensuring a seamless developer experience and robust data exposure standards
• Drive product strategy for Model Context Protocol and AI-driven orchestration capabilities, enhancing integration with external systems

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on integration, API, or platform products
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration architecture patterns
• Proven ability to manage a multi-quarter roadmap and execute across engineering and cross-functional teams
• Experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, or middleware technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and measurable customer value
