Job Summary
Driving product innovation, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to discover, prototype, and scale new business opportunities by collaborating with Sales and customers to develop solutions that leverage Certify's provider data infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and customers to identify and validate emerging business opportunities and user needs
- Rapidly prototype solutions using AI tools and gather customer feedback to iterate and refine offerings
- Oversee the delivery and scaling of validated products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or comparable founder experience in SaaS, healthtech, or complex software businesses
- Practical fluency in AI and agentic systems, with experience using tools like Claude Code or Cursor for prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous opportunities from discovery to shipped products
- Strong understanding of customer workflows and the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
- Experience in launching new paid offerings and working with early customers in regulated environments
