Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in payments and financial infrastructure, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own end-to-end money movement processes, design reusable payment capabilities as a platform, and produce detailed requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage bank payment types, payroll card programs, and payout experiences, ensuring seamless money movement
• Design payment capabilities as services with explicit API contracts, enabling easy integration of new products and partners
• Produce detailed requirements, work closely with engineering teams, and validate production outcomes through rigorous testing and metrics analysis

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 5+ years in payments or financial infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of money movement processes across ACH, RTP, wires, and card rails
• Experience owning live bank payment integrations and managing return and exception handling
• Proven ability to write detailed requirements for payment systems, including PRDs and acceptance criteria
• Experience building alignment across cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
