Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Payment Integrity platforms, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including pre-pay claim editing and automation, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for PISCES and Appeals/PI Automation capabilities
- Lead strategic initiatives from intake through delivery, managing BRDs and Jira backlogs
- Measure and report value realization, including automation rates and cycle time, while applying AI tools across product work
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management or ownership experience in a healthcare payer or claims environment
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Jira Rovo
- Payment Integrity, claims editing, or automation experience preferred
