Job Summary
Driving the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will oversee data quality improvements and CRM integration strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and drive the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, focusing on data completeness and reliability
- Lead execution of the CRM Integration roadmap to support diversification across Salesforce, Dynamics, and emerging connectors
- Represent platform capabilities in customer-facing settings and develop enablement messaging for customer success and sales engineering teams
Required qualifications:
- 6-10 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
- Deep familiarity with enterprise data systems, including CRMs, data lakes, and API integration patterns
- Experience building platform-layer products such as data pipelines and integrations
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience presenting technical products to enterprise IT teams
- Bachelor's degree with a technical background preferred (CS, Engineering, or equivalent)
