Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in a remote, full-time role, focusing on defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and driving large-scale initiatives within a scaled Agile environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and Agile teams to translate high-level requirements into actionable features and stories
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions using SAFe
- Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe frameworks
- Hands-on experience with VersionOne
