Key responsibilities
- Identify product needs and define a product roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on business/customer ROI, optimizing current features and uncovering new opportunities
- Leverage agile best practices to deliver high-quality products through a systematic development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software product management
- Extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Demonstrated experience in delivering features related to customer experience and service
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Github, and Confluence
- Preferred experience in the real estate industry
