Job Summary
Owning the authorization optimization product area, the full-time Senior Product Manager will improve authorization rates for legitimate transactions, set strategy, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the authorization optimization roadmap, setting priorities and communicating plans to stakeholders
- Write detailed technical specifications and user stories, while managing the backlog with engineering
- Identify and develop new partnerships to enhance coverage and deliver value to merchants
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a product management role with ownership of a roadmap and end-to-end delivery
- Hands-on payments product experience with knowledge of decline recovery and retries, and relevant frameworks
- Experience writing technical specifications and defining APIs or data interfaces with engineering
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with transaction-level data
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
