Leading product vision and delivery initiatives for the Retirement & Wealth business line, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will translate client needs into innovative digital solutions, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business, client, and consumer needs into end-to-end digital solutions
- Develop and execute product roadmaps focused on measurable outcomes aligned with company priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define new product capabilities and prioritize based on business and customer value
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred
- Background in financial services or fintech strongly preferred
