Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives in Adaptive Training and Continuous Learning, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy, drive user-facing product development, and ensure adoption and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for product areas, focusing on durable value and measurable outcomes
- Create agentic training authoring and management tools to streamline enablement processes
- Connect learning to performance by analyzing deal and skill signals to tailor training for individual reps
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with user-facing products (B2B or B2C)
- Demonstrated experience using AI in product development and management
- Strong understanding of business metrics and success measurement
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on relevant technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
