- 3-4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of contributing to product direction and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience with complex products, including data models and configurable workflows
- Strong skills in customer discovery and evidence-based decision-making
- Fluency with AI tools and sufficient technical depth to engage with engineering teams
