Job Summary
To enhance the healthcare experience for providers, patients, and payers, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with Engineering and stakeholders to execute the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product discovery efforts by engaging with end users to identify workflows and opportunities for improvement
- Create clear product requirements and user stories for Engineering teams while managing product backlogs using Agile tools
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure product functionality meets business and user requirements prior to release
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in building and launching software products
- Experience in developing products for healthcare end-users, particularly in payer-side environments
- Strong expertise in user discovery and research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements and engineering priorities
- Hands-on experience in leading UAT and quality assurance activities
