Job Summary
To enhance the Patient Experience portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and execution, lead cross-functional teams, and integrate AI solutions to improve healthcare practices and patient interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and design features for core products to address customer needs and improve communication
- Drive the development of the Message Center, ensuring compliance and enhancing patient-practice interactions
- Conduct market research to analyze customer segments, competitor strengths, and pricing strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management focused on software applications
- Hands-on experience with generative AI in product development, including prototypes and workflow improvements
- Proven success with customer-facing products and complex workflows in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and product usage analysis
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
