Job Summary
To support the growth of the company, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the digital storefront and commerce customer experience, utilizing data to innovate and solve problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap to improve the post-approval customer experience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through research
- Own and optimize the digital storefront journey using data to prioritize features and enhancements
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
- Experience in managing consumer-facing digital products and agentic commerce solutions
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and customer acquisition in digital storefronts
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech products and their regulatory contexts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
