Job Summary
Leading the development of Scout profile data and associated signals, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the roadmap, define scoring systems, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the roadmap and strategy for Scout profile data and signals from discovery through delivery
- Define, ship, and evolve Scout signals and scores, ensuring they accurately reflect quality and activity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data architecture and maintain the accuracy of Scout profiles
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of product management experience, with a focus on data-driven or ML-powered products
- Strong understanding of evaluation metrics and data modeling, including handling imperfect labels
- Experience in two-sided marketplaces or networks, particularly with a participant or supply-side focus
- Proficiency with AI tools and a hands-on approach to prototyping and system behavior design
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to align senior stakeholders and make informed decisions
