Job Summary
Owning the direction of assigned product areas, the full-time Senior Product Manager will connect clinical, operations, finance, and engineering teams to define product roadmaps, analyze healthcare data, and facilitate the delivery of value-based care solutions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document requirements from various stakeholders, mapping workflows and identifying gaps for improvement
- Analyze healthcare data and write SQL queries to validate data and ensure correct feature outcomes
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and regulatory deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or senior product/business analysis within software or data projects
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, particularly with value-based care organizations or healthcare technology
- Hands-on knowledge of Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and quality programs
- Working SQL skills for data querying and validation
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
