Job Summary
To drive product innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and roadmap for key HCM solutions, focusing on customer discovery, cross-functional delivery, and AI-enabled enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with company objectives
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify product opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities and support successful product launches
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience in HCM, payroll, or complex B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product management workflows and capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
