Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the underwriting experience for the Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy and roadmap, streamline operational efficiency, and lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance the loan lifecycle from application to funding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for HELOC underwriting, focusing on reducing time-to-fund and improving the loan lifecycle
• Drive underwriting and operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams to minimize manual processes and enhance borrower experience
• Lead the AI and automation roadmap for HELOC underwriting, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in consumer technology or fintech, with a proven track record of impactful product delivery
• Working knowledge of consumer lending underwriting, credit decisioning, and related processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around shared goals
• Data-driven decision-making experience, including product analytics and operational metrics analysis
• Experience in improving operational workflows or building internal tools to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
